In order to consistently deliver the highest level of products and services to our customers, we meet monthly to discuss our work strategies, performance, and delivery methods. We are constantly reviewing our standard procedures for the installation and delivery of our products. Standard procedures are developed for all aspects of the work that we perform. By teaching the standard way to perform a task, we are not dependant on the installer’s interpretation of what quality workmanship is. Since our field employees install and construct the same way, everyone knows what the next step is and no time is lost discussing how to execute a task. We believe that by training our employees in these standard procedures we will provide:

Safety:
Martin Construction’s Safety Committee is certified by the PA Department of Labor and Industry since April of 2006. Providing a safe work environment for our field employees is our highest priority. To ensure the highest level of safety in our working environment, Martin Construction’s safety committee meets monthly to:
- Review safety practices
- Develop pro-active policies to insure safe working environment
- Review compliance with safety policies
- Discuss near misses, and incidences
- Plan safety training
